Can Apple or anyone else access my funds?

Absolutely not. Your private key is generated utilizing the secp256r1 elliptic curve entirely inside the Secure Enclave processor. It is physically isolated from the main processor, iOS, and Apple's servers. Not even Apple engineers can extract it.

I don't have an ETH address yet, how do I receive the grant?

This is powered by Account Abstraction (ERC-4337). Once your Apple ID is verified, our infrastructure executes a "counterfactual deployment". A unique Smart Contract address is computed and deployed on-chain for you instantly, and the 0.15 ETH is routed there simultaneously.
